POSITIVE START OF SEASON
- WSK Champions, Winter Cup, Gold Cup and Super Master. These are the trophies we won in a few months of competitions from the beginning of the year until nowadays, in all categories, KFJ, KF and KZ.
- RKF and RVZ engines dominated the scene, with drivers and teams of great value.
- A start of the season enriched by sporting successes and by the followers, more and more numerous, which our Rok Cup collects.
The 2015 season began as it was finished in 2014. With net and prestigious victories. Our engines started with a series of international formidable successes in all categories, KF Junior, KF, and the spectacular KZ. We have achieved a number of accomplishments, thanks to our team partners Tony Kart Racing Team and Kosmic Kart Racing. Victories and great satisfaction also came with other teams, such as Ward Racing and Ricky Flynn Motorsport.
The season began under the sign of the RKF model (http://www.vortex-engines.com/motori_rkf.html), thanks to net victories at La Conca track (Italy) by the American Dalton Sargeant and the Dane Nicklas Nielsen, respectively champions of the WSK Champions Cup, in KF Junior and KF categories.
The sequence of successes continued, unstoppable, at the Winter Cup, with Nielsen (KF) and Lundgaard (KFJ) that conquered the podium at the South Garda International track.
At the Winter Cup, in addition to the two KF categories, we hit a total success, thanks to the win of Flavio Camponeschi, in the master class, KZ. The triumphal two rounds of the WSK Master Series, run at the tracks of Adria and 7 Laghi, were preceded, needless to say, by a formidable triple win in the one-shot competition, WSK Gold Cup. At the Adria Karting Raceway, champions winning with our engines were Flavio Camponeschi (KZ), Karol Basz (KF) and Clément Novalak (KFJ).
The trend of these successes continued unstoppable, as mentioned above, also in the first two rounds of the WSK Master Series. At the Adria and 7 Laghi circuits the World Champion Marco Ardigò, leader of the KZ, Karol Basz (KF) and Clément Novalak (KFJ) won both races. Other than drivers running with our colours at the top of the provisional standings of the WSK series, we also find a large number of drivers who employ Vortex engines and are all at the top positions. The latter is an unequivocal index of the perfect combination of performance and reliability of our RKF and RVZ engines (http://www.vortex-engines.com/motori_rvz.html) On the eve of a very important month, April, which will conclude the WSK Super Master series and will begin the CIK-FIA European Championship of KZ (International Circuit of Naples, 19/4), we are in the enviable position where our engines are the benchmark for reliability, performance and manufacture quality. These are primates that make us proud of the work done, but that does not make us deceive. Competition is formidable and rivals are of great quality.
Next to the several successes obtained in the most important international competitions, there are the significant rewards coming from our one-make Rok Cup championship (www.rokcup.com). All around the world most of "our" Rok Cup championships have started. We immediately witnessed spectacular races and crowded with many Rokkers. Results, those achieved with the Rok Cup, which reward the quality of our products, but also and above all, the organization that we are able to supply all over the world, demonstrating that the drivers and the staff strongly believe in the seriousness of our company.
From the Florida Winter Tour until the first appointments of the championships in Europe, Asia and Australia, the evidence is all flattering.
A first challenge faced with the Rok Cup in recent months, involved the advent of the new Rok DVS engine, which came in a big way and was soon a star, together with drivers, in the formidable competitions run.
