On the occasion of the fourth round of the WSK Super Master Series, the VTJ engine of the OTK Kart Group’s "engine division" wins the final of the OKJ category with Ilie Tristan Crisan.

OKJ – Just back from the podium conquered in the previous round in Lonato del Garda, the Vortex VTJ engine conquers the victory in the Sunday's final in Franciacorta. Ilie Tristan Crisan (Tony Kart Racing Team) records the second best chrono time in group 2 of the qualifying practices and, in the following qualifying heats, he obtains not less than a success and two top-3 places, able to grant him the third place in the standings on Saturday evening.

In the final stage of Sunday afternoon, Crisan brilliantly jumps from the second row and, already after the first corners, takes the lead. During the race, the young Tony Kart Racing Team driver hardly fights for the first position and, thanks to a brilliant overtaking on the penultimate lap, passes first under the checkered flag.

The Rookie Mateo Rivals (Tony Kart Racing Team) also shows off during the final, with a race without mistakes.

OK – The Vortex VTS engine is in contention for a prestigious result also among the "Seniors", with Jindřich Pešl (Tony Kart Racing Team) leading the group 2 of the qualifyings, with a chrono time of 46.165 seconds and 0.011 seconds only from the pole position. The Czech driver shines both in the qualifying heats, hitting two victories and a second place, and in the prefinal A, finishing in second position.

From the second box on the starting grid, Pešl resists the attacks of his rivals and holds the second place firmly during the final, also running glued to the race leader. Only in the last laps, the Tony Kart Racing Team driver is forced to defend his position and ranks close to the podium.

Thomas Pradier(Tony Kart Racing Team)and Oliver Rasmussen (Tony Kart Racing Team) also take part in the Sunday afternoon final.

MINI Gr.3 – As in previous events, the Vortex VTM engineproves that it can aspire to the top positions. Jean Poujol (Tony Kart Racing Team) starts the weekend with two top-3 places and a fastest lap in the qualifying heats, followed by a victory in prefinal A on Sunday morning.

The final initially sees Poujol fighting for the first position, even leading the race for a few laps. A multiple accident slows down the race of the French driver who, despite everything, runs stable in third place, however a subsequent collision a few meters from the checkered flag prevents him from closing the event positively.

The VTM engine allows Victor Thomas Gorun (Tony Kart Racing Team) and Linghan Li (Tony Kart Racing Team) to climb the standings considerably, respectively by 13 and 12 positions. Henri Möhring (Tony Kart Racing Team) and Tiberius Müller (Tony Kart Racing Team) are the other two Vortex-powered drivers attending the final.

It is also worth mentioning the attendance of Farel Dugat Beretta (Tony Kart Racing Team) in the MINI Gr.3 U10 category.

KZ2 – With a podium gained already in the opening round of the championship in Muro Leccese, the Vortex VTZ enginecontinues its journey in the shifter category with Tom Leuillet (Tony Kart Racing Team) and Marijn Kremers (Tony Kart Racing Team), constantly working with the aim of collecting information and technical feedback useful for the development of the engine itself, in view of the next seasonal engagements.
