WORLD CUP CHAMPIONS IN KF3 WITH CORBERI

26-09-2012

Extraordinary success in the World Cup for KF3 category of the Vortex driver Luca Corberi. The young Italian driver led the CIK FIA event of KF3 class, which took place at the fast and demanding Spanish circuit of Zuera. Corberi won at the drive of a Kosmic Kart-Vortex chassis, always a top-level and high performance chassis, and he won over the best world karting drivers, supported by well managed teams. The new Champion faced several drivers running with Vortex engines, actually the third step of the podium was gained by Slavko Ivanovic at the drive of a Tony Kart-Vortex chassis of the Ward Racing team. The World Cup win of Corberi is even more prestigious since his talent was born and always developed with Vortex. Corberi began with the Vortex category, the Rok Cup, and in his past career he won the Rok Cup International Final in the Mini Rok class and the Rok Cup Italy in the Junior Rok.

Giovanni Corona – Vortex Manager
“I'm two times happy since we won in such a demanding category as the KF3 and we also saw many times drivers achieving leading positions running with a Vortex engine.Luca (Corberi), and I wish to congratulate with him, won and got the third position, but there were many drivers with a Vortex engines who could also aim at gaining a prestigious result. This is a further confirmation of our winning and easy-to-manage RVXX engine. Moreover I am also satisfied with Luca's success since he can be considered as the best representative of the Rok Cup category."
